All departures centered around the continued problem we keep shouting. All negatives that you do not want the leader of the HR department to possess. HR is greatly feared and no longer a resource. Cloudy ESOP information. Some leadership lacks integrity. Not enough parking. Have to use our PTO when plant closes.
