The lack of experience and leadership skills at the DO and above levels is apparent from day 1. Most lack the business acumen and knowledge to lead a stressful, fast-paced environment. Most of them have never held a job outside of PLS, which is not a plus. The job isn't hard, but they believe that if you don't have years in their culture, you are a liability. Most of their tenured team gets outperformed by newcomers until they're separated.
A toxic culture that the VP sets. You can't get promoted if you question her directions. This particular region gets outperformed by the other regions, and that won't change!
An entire group of managers left, and HR never reached out to ask what happened.
Why? Because you deserve better!
