Pros

I started working at PLS in June of 2013. I started in the office in Cranberry, PA and have since moved to the new office down in the Southside. I really didn't know anything about what I was getting into when I started working here, now I would recommend it to any friend. I actually reccomended and have had 2 high school friends come start working here since I started. It is definitley a work hard play hard enviornment. You must work extremely hard when you start but the high earning potential is not BS. I am making more a year and a half our of college than I ever could have imagined. With the company growing there is also tons of opportunity to move up in the comany through mangement. The best part about the company is the people. You will make great friends and everyone is willing to help you. I have made a ton of great friends working here. I have grown/matured a ton as a person since I began working here and would reccomend the job to anyone who has the ability to put there head down and work hard.

Cons

If you don't want to work extremely hard this is not the place for you. The job is not easy and can be stressful at times for sure. If you are looking to work a job with low stress day to day and you cannot multi task I would look elsewhere.

Pros

The Colleagues and relationships you make with your co-workers. Building a book of business, and fast paced environment. Unlimited Growth Potential.

Cons

The direction the company is headed in and the toxicity of an everchanging management structure. As someone who spent almost a decade with PLS; I can say fully and honestly, they do not care about you. This is a company to build experience with and move on from. If you are a $20K rep for more than 6 months, after you roll out, they will move off of you. You will be terminated with no second thought--other reps will poach your clients and potentially ruin any relationships. Furthermore, management tends to play favorites--If you show growth potential, they will feed you, but the moment you fail on one opportunity--you will be turned over. This is not the job for anyone who questions their own ability and work ethic. PLS Hires in classes - they will hire 30-40 people at a time, and in 3 months, 4 to 5 people of that class will remain. The turn over is extremely high and there is no job security. Finally, even if you are a top performer, they will not hesitate to get rid of you.
