Working for a brokerage that has had and continues to have such a large role in New Home Sales and Developments has provided me an opportunity to work closely with some of Toronto's largest developers as well as the many talented/experienced people within PMA Brethour itself. I've been able to further my education in Real Estate and stay up to date with current market trends through the various workshops and conferences provided by PMA. The most useful for myself was the Salesmasters Training Program which broke down all aspects from the point of introduction to: following up to: closing a sale to: maintaining relationships.
Cons
Customer service is arguably the most important aspect of a Sales Persons job which requires being available 24/7 and making it a priority to work when your potential purchasers are not (later hours and weekends).
