From the outside looking in PMA is a good company, behind closed doors it is a different story. The atmosphere is toxic and dysfunctional, moral is at an all time low. The systems are antiquated and frustrating to work with. The company has no room for growth and looks outside the company to fill vacant positions. Employees don't even know when a position is available, unlike the old days when all employees were emailed about an opening and offered within first. There are many employees that are overworked, while others spend hours a day on the Internet with no consequences. One department in particular is unprofessional, rude and lazy from the bottom to the top. Management is aware of this situation and nothing is done about it, so everyone avoids it as much as possible. The company used to be better about 4 years ago but now things have changed so much and no one will take action to fix the "issue". My advice is to stay away...actually run away.
