PODFather provides an incredible environment for those that are ready to take responsibility, push themselves and learn new skills. Company culture is relaxed and staff are focused on the goal at hand. Team Culture is growing and everybody is pulling together. Generous directors treat you like family, never shy to give a helpful hand. Tech provided to staff is given on personal preference (2 monitors, Laptop, the works!) Not just your typical beer fridge, staff get a say in what they bring in, Dr Pepper? Pepsi with Cheery!? Fruit, Gin, WKD?! ... You name it, they will accommodate. Work from home culture/Flexy hours. Core hours are 10:00-16:00. Is it a Pro that the business hasn't yet hit its potential? So much possibility joining this company right now, get involved, get your hands dirty and it will pay off.
Cons
Business still needs to say "Yes" to custom work, this can take focus away from Product Improvement, but understand this has gotten far better in the last 6 months. Public (to the business) roadmap not available, *again, we understand this is in development. Extra hours needed every now and then, but pays off with respect and appreciation from the further business.
