Pros
The people (not management) were good and the plants were very innovative.
Cons
Because they do not have trust in their people or their lawyers and patents, they make you sign a non compete. However they will also lay you off abruptly. The non compete makes it extremely difficult to find another job in our rural area where most other industrial plants are also ethanol. Management has also changed significantly and POET is less about it's people. Which was the benefit against the lower pay.
