Pros
A small number of colleagues were supportive and easy to work with. The brand itself has strong commercial potential.
Cons
There was no meaningful onboarding or structured training. New starters were expected to perform at full capacity immediately, despite limited explanation of systems, processes, or expectations. When support was requested, responses often felt condescending rather than constructive. Questions were met with impatience instead of guidance, which created an environment where employees felt hesitant to seek clarification. Management placed heavy emphasis on results while failing to provide the necessary tools, training, or leadership to achieve them. There was a noticeable disconnect between stated experience and demonstrated leadership ability. Communication lacked clarity, accountability was inconsistent, and expectations were unrealistic given the lack of structure. Despite positioning itself with a startup mentality, there was little investment in people development, training, or team morale. Benefits were minimal, especially considering the pressure and workload.
