Pros
Was able to finally put an IT position on my resume as I transition. Fun group of guys to work with.
Cons
Late paychecks. Only 2 positions available on tech side, field tech or project manager (basically data entry). Slow reimbursement for expenses you are expected to pay to keep their operation going. Take it or leave it attitude top to bottom with no apparent concern for why employees leave so quickly. 4000 miles/month on your personal is not unheard of and unethical practices to boot.
