Pros
I've worked at PPD for almost three years, and I am so grateful I was hired. The culture is unmatched. My coworkers and managers are so positive, kind, and go out of their way to help me. PPD truly cares about your career and will help you get where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. When COVID-19 first started, PPD was one of the first companies to implement a work-from-home policy. Our healthy and safety came first, as well as the health and safety of our families. Our leadership team never fails to be transparent, is always here for us and communicates to us more than I've ever seen. I feel valued, heard, and my work means something when I am at PPD.
Cons
