      Lots of flexibility, as long as you just get your work done. Plenty of support and autonomy. Love that I am fully remote.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
