      This company has zero direction. Management does not communicate and there is no support in the field. Products are inferior and do not compete due to constant changes in product line every year, please do yourself a favor and stay away from the big box side of ppg

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
