      Pros

      3 weeks PTO. 6% salary match. Full benefits on day one.

      Cons

      Management is too busy to help their direct reports. Training is almost non-existent. You'll have to figure most things out on your own. Facilities are in bad condition (roof leaks, A.C. doesn't keep cold, etc.).

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
