      Pros

      Flexible schedules as on the hours you want to work. Company lease vehicle and decent health insurance. Company phone and laptop provided.

      Cons

      Saturday's are now mandatory. Not a very family friendly employer, every Friday and Saturday are mandatory working days, who wants to do that. No 401k company match for this position which for a company like PPG which has been making record profits is shameful. The compensation is well below industry average

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
