Pros
I honestly cannot think of a pro, sadly. Maybe that they use SAP, at least the Credit Department did. But along with SAP we used at least 3 other systems and had to toggle between them all day every day.
Cons
Incompetent management team - clearly not qualified to manage people at all. They make up their own rules as they go. Hiring unqualified employees; making unethical decisions and comments (and nothing gets done about it). Then they have meetings to try and boost moral? A/P, Cash Apps, and IT are all outsourced outside of America. It's very difficult to perform our jobs when we have to wait hours or days for a response - especially to respond to a customer.
