      Pros

      People, culture, and workplace envioremnt are all great. Many people stay at PPG their entire careers for a reason. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow at this company.

      Cons

      The pay at PPG is lower comapred to other companies within this industry. Although there are lots of opportinuties to learn, it is difficult to increase pay without a promotion, and promotions are rare.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
