Pros
PPG is the type of company where you can have a long career. Safety and ethics are core values and really matter. The divisions (called business units) are like different companies and you can move to a new division, especially if you are willing to relocate.
Cons
Some of the managers and employees are resistant to change since they have worked at the same location or in the same position for so long. The field locations are not in top cities, but many industrial companies are similar.
