      Pros

      Fulfills labor obligations provided for by law. I met great professionals and made great friends.

      Cons

      Worst company I've ever worked for. It raised a lot of money from investors, spent it wildly, grew by buying other companies, and then dismissed qualified and performative professionals, justifying it with a lie. Lay off employees without caring about them, for the company's CEO and CTO, employees are just negative numbers. Worst experience I've had in my career. Think twice before exchanging your current job for an opportunity at PPRO.

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      Communication between different functions can be poor.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
