I have spent years in the PR industry and this has been the worst experience in my career. To be honest, PR Professionals is a blot on my CV. THE MANAGERS SUFFERS FROM VERBAL DIARRHOEA. They are clueless on strategies and the senior managers don't know the ABC of public relations. I am listing some below:
-Lack basic dignity, no respect to privacy, invasion of personal space. Some of the loyals even stalk social media profiles.
-Toxic work culture and office politics.
-Extra work hours, you work on weekends. THEY ASKED EMPLOYEES TO WORK FROM OFFICE DURING THE COVID WAVE.
-Encourage sycophancy.
-Zero growth, highly unorganized, lacks DEI, no policy, poor salary.
-High attrition rate.
-You can't make friends. Personal attacks are common.
-You can't even go out for a cup of tea.
-No washroom. You need to rely on a common bathroom which is used by the mall visitors and other staff.
-No cafeteria.
-The list is endless.
