Pros

I recently completed a year at PR Pundit and I can proudly say that there is no better place to start your PR career at. I can say this with confidence because I have friends who have been working at other agencies for over a year now and all they get to do is documentation and back-end work. Contrastingly, at PR Pundit, you are given the freedom to contribute in everything - from documentation to speaking with senior media, to developing strategies and PR plans from scratch. PR Pundit has really taught me how to multi-task as well as how to prioritise my work when I am dealing with 3 to 4 clients on a daily basis. For me, personally, a 'good job' really brightens the day, and trust me, the seniors here don't shy away from saying it (when you REALLY do a good job).

Cons

On certain occasions I feel that some of the seniors lack empathy - especially when there is a crisis situation. Work load can get to you sometimes and your efficiency gets a little hampered when you have multiple reporting managers.

Pros

Honestly just good brands to show on your CV

Cons

The higher management is deeply toxic, with constant office politics and little to no regard for juniors. There’s an unspoken pattern where individuals are pushed to a point where they either resign themselves or are made to. Instead of guidance, fresh graduates are expected to have everything figured out from day one, with no real support system in place. At the same time, there’s a clear lack of accountability at senior levels. While some spend time scrolling or disengaged, the pressure and blame disproportionately fall on juniors when work isn’t delivered, often leading to unnecessary harassment rather than constructive feedback.
