Pros
Staff were really understanding with everyone's personal circumstances and flexible with work hours. As long as you put in the amount of hours they ask for each week they don't mind when you do it. If you put in the effort you have a good chance of being hired after an internship.
Cons
I ended up doing something completely different than what I was hired for and often asked for help at very short notice. The company itself doesn't seem too sure where they're going with their offers and often changes direction unexpectedly. They rely a lot on unpaid interns and recent graduates they can give minimum wage to. Was also contacted repeatedly for work they could have done by themselves after I left the company and received no compensation for the help I did give which really rubbed me the wrong way.
