      Provided temp work for 3 months.

      Cons

      Was told that if I lost the job, they would try to find me a new position. The manager asked for a updated resume and I provided one. He said he would contact me and as of the writing, I have not heard anything from him or anyone else in the company.

      Our Executive Leadership takes our company reputation very seriously and has personally investigated this situation. His findings are that the Manager referenced in this review notified the contractor that their project was ending and asked the contractor to send in their updated resume. The Manager then informed the contractor that he would be reaching out to our delivery (recruiting) team to inform them of the contractor's availability. The Manager shared with the contractor that we currently don't have any openings that match their skill set but would keep him top of mind. The internal process was followed as designed and as a result no internal corrective action was necessary in this case.
