It is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and gain sales experience that will help get you to the next level. I personally was heavily recruited to a higher sales role based on my experience at ProspeX. Great work environment that is always upbeat and positive. They have fun with games and competitions to get you excited about work. They offer great benefits with 401K plan. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO which is very uncommon in most companies. They truly do care about the employees and want to see everyone get to the next level of their career.
Cons
Sales is tough. You will be told "no" a lot more times then you will be told "yes". They expect results. If you can't handle a little pressure, then look elsewhere.
