The pay is relatively good The CEO only is a good person

No HR Decisions are made based on feelings of 1 or 2 people at the top. You can lose your job if any of them are in a bad mood. Extremely poor on boarding. A new employee will find it hard to interact effectively with people that have been there for long, because the staffs are few and everyone relates better with who they have known for long. No opportunity for career growth. If someone doesn't die, resign or retire you may never rank up.
