Very Good money, decent benefits, a lot of opportunity for advancement, some great coworkers, some good managers.
Cons
Tough schedules, forced overtime, every man for himself management style , rumor mill, mediocre union negotiations, manipulative coworkers, unavoidable poor sleeping habits, poor training, constant restructuring and schedule changes.
