      Pros

      They treat employees well . Lots of overtime

      Cons

      Company wants to know everything lineman are doing. GPS, how long the pto was engaged, how long the boom was in the air. All while the rest of the work force does not get treated that way. Company has no pension or health benefits for retires since 2000.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
