3yThanks for the feedback. We collect feedback from departing employees and address themes we find need attention. We also regularly check in with current staff to get a pulse on employee morale. We take this claim of a discriminatory environment very seriously and believe our workplace is not represented by this comment. We have a robust social justice program that includes regular roundtable discussions that give staff the opportunity to share and discuss various topics. These sessions and other DEI initiatives encourage learning and create a safe space for conversations. As Head of HR, I’d also like to encourage you to contact me if you wish to share more feedback.
