Pros
Offers work-from-home opportunities for those with valid reasons, and most of the accounts are remote, making it easier to balance work and personal life. In my 9 months here, I haven’t encountered a toxic or abusive leader—management has been respectful, understanding, and easy to approach. Shouting and yelling have no place in this company. The culture promotes a calm, respectful, and professional environment. When I was working on-site, my favorite location was the North Site—it genuinely felt like working in a hotel lobby. The ambiance was clean, relaxing, and professional, which made work more enjoyable Attendance and performance policies are fair and flexible, especially when valid reasons are communicated.
Cons
Some accounts don’t offer any incentives, which can feel discouraging especially when you're consistently performing well. If your account gets stopped for any reason and there’s no immediate account to transfer you to, you get moved to the bench—and while on the bench, you won’t receive incentives either. Being on the bench can feel uncertain, especially if you’re used to a fast-paced environment and regular bonuses.
