Pros
The best reason to work for PSI is the flexibility to work from home full time.
Cons
No pay increase for years, reduced PTO and paid holidays and discontinued bonuses. Very little opportunity for advancement. Don’t update (and forget about upgrade) employee computers - still using programs that are no longer supported. Zero appreciation for hard-working and loyal employees. The perk of working from home isn’t worth it. Absolutely awful and unprofessional CEO. I witnessed employees get screamed at and demeaned by the CEO and frankly I am shocked that this place hasn't received a hostile workplace claim.
