- From top to bottom management is oblivious to what they are doing and mismanage in just about every way. - Salaries are not competitive. - Management at the Contract and Corporate Level cannot properly track employee performance, quality of work, and see big picture to help in advancement of what can be offered to government clients - Constantly lead with a mentality of “let’s just not be the worst” - Health, Retirement, and Leave Benefits are Poor at best.
