      Pros

      While still very new in PST.AG, I would note a highly successful and very impressive recruitment and onboarding experience. The internal recruitment and HR teams are highly organized, with regular updates through the recruitment process, and a detailed and well thought out onboarding process. This company clearly values their people, which it shows from day 1. Also amazing to see a technology company embrace global resourcing - so many companies are quick to advertise their global presence, but demand on-site working in a particular city. PST.AG have taken a modern approach to recruitment by utilizing the best around the world.

      Nothing to note - small/medium size company in growth phase.
