Pros

There are no pros what-so-ever about this company.

Cons

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but my experience at this company compels me to speak out to help others make informed decisions. During my tenure, the work environment was greatly undermined by the condescending attitude of the CEO. Not only was his demeanor demoralizing, but his creation, the company's CRM software, was exceptionally problematic—riddled with glitches and user-unfriendly interfaces that could frustrate even the most patient of users. The issues didn't stop at the software's poor quality; the CEO’s lack of respect for customers was palpable. He often addressed customer complaints with a superior attitude, making them feel undervalued and dismissed. What’s worse, there is no dedicated support team to handle these issues, leaving customers with nowhere to turn for help with the dysfunctional CRM. This lack of support and disregard for customer satisfaction was not only disheartening but also unprofessional. To potential employees considering a position here, I advise you to look elsewhere. The company culture (there is NONE), driven by the CEO's attitude, makes for a discouraging and often stressful work environment. As for potential customers, I strongly recommend against signing up for any of their products or services. The quality and support are severely lacking, and your time and resources would be better invested with a company that values and respects its clients. Final Thoughts: Avoid this company at all costs. There are plenty of opportunities and services out there that will value and respect your contributions and patronage.

Pros

None that I can remember.

Cons

They owe their employees thousands. Terrible work-life balance, prepare to be worked like a dog. If you are not based in the US they won't pay you. They recently made a move to make insurance unaffordable for current and former employees so they don't have to pay.
