      Pros

      Great for active students who want to apply their skills and knowledge in top biopharmaceutical industry standards. The employees are very kind and willingly teach and guide the interns from start to finish.

      Cons

      Even though you can experience the industrial-scale production process directly, you can only do hands-on activities during an active batch, especially in production departments. Therefore, if you want to value your time better, you have to be proactive to ask for extra work or tutoring sessions from the user/higher-ups.
