- Unfortunately my user not a good leader, have high expectations that new employees can already do and understand all the work, moody and like to get angry - High pressure, fast paced, should have a strong mentality - The work environment is not comfortable for me, seniority and some people treat me differently because I am a "minority" - There are too many steps in doing the work, so it is less effective and time consuming
