Pros
Fantastic people - friendly, welcoming, helpful, wildly talented - and strong ethos of helping one another no matter whether you know them or they're in your area. Have made wonderful friends I'll keep my whole life. I do not see how we could have better people.
Cons
Former COO, Troy Richardson, now President of Digital Thread, is unable to inspire. A welter of cliches and American football metaphors doesn't cut it. We need inspiration to make this switch to SaaS! Last I checked, we had hugely impressive competitors in this space. The RIF we had in November, followed by another wave of angry departures + the Great Resignation has led to sinking morale once you get outside your own group of great people.
