      Pros

      Good business model, decent pay, lots of cross-team cooperation, good IT support, senior management is tech-savvy, colleagues are generally smart and helpful.

      Cons

      Limited recognition, R&D slowly shifting to offshore teams, slow release cycles, salary freeze for 3 years (resumed 2/2011), Windchill user interfaces are starting to improve but workflows and features are bewildering.

      Pros

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Cons

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
