      Pros

      Human aspect of management and team. Very nice people and firm has employee friendly policies. Good work environment, not too much pressure.

      Cons

      Salary is less and appraisal system is opeque. Rest all is good. Slightly slow working style , however sometimes you get surprise of fast movement.
