I work with PTL currently but they give you gigs but only if you talk with the boss and take jobs no one else and also the give you sometime 5 hour gigs sometimes.Also the rate of pay for a server is 27 an hour but if your a bartender it tends to be about 30 they sometime want you to do.last.mi ute shifts with the company and also u must wait until the client picks you for the shift to bw working the day you applied for the Gig.

You have to wait for Gigs you dont automatically get booked cause u wanna work the day u want to work
