Pros

The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

Cons

The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands

Pros

- Very good compensation package and health/life insurance. - Inclusive culture. Everyone is welcome here unless you work hard.

Cons

- Leads in US are amateurs and have no idea what they are doing because they don't have experience on managing large team nor creating AAA game. They are happy to waste investment from HQ to fulfill their sub-par game ideas. - Managers here do not respect engineer's time. Don't expect to write quality code. Not a good place to start your career.
