      - Close knit staff - Never feel unnecessary pressure - Supportive of new ideas - Always feel like I'm contributing - Get constructive and positive feedback from coworkers, management, and consumers. - Hours can be flexible

      Cons

      Not so much a negative, but the job does require communicating with multiple global offices, which can take some practice to get in the swing of things.

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
