Pros

I honestly could not have dreamed up a better place to work. The culture and values are driven by and constantly evaluated by the full team. We value professional and personal development, open-mindedness, passion, communication, transparency, trust, mutual respect, teamwork, and the freedom to express ourselves and participate in discussions and decision-making. The Culture Guild (open to anyone that wants to join) meets regularly in order to help encourage the above values, plan team activities, and make sure that this is a great place to work. The people are amazing. Everyone is friendly, happy to help each other, and interested in both teaching and learning new skills. It's "one team, one dream" and everyone is very supportive and motivated to do their best work. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and ideas are taken seriously. Plus, you get to work with people from all over the world. "Leveling up" is highly encouraged, and employees are expected to improve their skills, learn new skills, and help others do the same. There's plenty of room for growth and everyone wants to help you get wherever you want to go. Yearly and quarterly reviews, as well as regular 1-on-1s with team leads help ensure that expectations and goals are clear. The benefits are incredible. We get flex time, bonuses, awesome healthcare, and the office is well-decorated and lots of fun. We also get catered lunch two times a week, team lunch every month, and all of the coffee, seltzer, and snacks we could ever want.

Cons

Communication with people working from other studios around the world can be challenging at times. Working anywhere else would be awful after being here.

Pros

The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

Cons

The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
