      great opportunities to develop your career within the company. Great global communication and transparency of information. Feel valued within the company.

      Cons

      none really. as long as you show your worth and commitment you will get rewarded for your contribution. For passionate and good workers, there is no problem.

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
