      Cons

      It gets difficult to communicate between multi-national teams due to the time difference and language barrier. However, there are in-house translators.

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
