Pros

Colleagues really know their stuff, perks are also very rewarding if you're into video games

Cons

Not a very good starting point for entry levels, as you are expected to perform to the fullest right off the bat. Seoul office tends to overwork too much, even without overtime pay. No new anticipated projects in sight

Pros

The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

Cons

The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
