Always finished the job tasks alone without any assistance even if I asked for help. Managing the retail team is difficult because I have to handle all different jobs by myself. The head only contributed normal idea instead of inspiring me. The local and China team members always judged my ability with harsh criticism instead of finding solution together to resolve the issues. All gossiped too much of my private life and affected my emotions.
