Leadership micro manages. Lack of trust by CEO in leadership, unless you are Chinese. No defined strategy or infrastructure. Many processes are antiquated. Pay is significantly (30%-40%) lower than market. No work life balance - Expectation is to be available to work nights ash weekends as needed by the CEO. Employees are viewed as disposable. IT systems are non-existent. Email and phone system doesn't work reliably (up to 20 minutes to send and receive email) and not everyone has a phone. Some people have to share a line.
