Pros
I love working here. Everyone is so engaged, works hard and have fun. Management has an open door policy and nobody stands behind a title. Very collaborative culture in which everyone's ideas and contributions are valued. Best Company I've worked for.
Cons
Few that I can think of. The Company is growing so fast that sometimes its hard to get to know the new employees and what their roles are.
