Pros
Its a blooming company and so will give you a lot of learning opportunities. A lot of learning. CTO is a very learned man but a lot of responsibilities on his shoulder too. Flexible hours. There were some cons earlier but they are trying to change the same.
Cons
Employee's hard work should be repaid with good appraisals. And more resources should be hired. Work Life balance may take a hit sometimes but to get something, you need to sacrifice something.
