Great place to work with management evolving to better govern and lead its vast array of professionals. The evolution of the company with its changing SOP is only for the better and I see the positive and benificial changes in the works. It can only get better.

As with any company, change is something we all deal with. PWM is no exception to this rule and however confusing it seems, the outlook moving forward is a positive one. To be critical of the company and label it a "con" would be unjust.

As a full time currently employed, PWM is the best company to work not only for salary but to a great down to earth co- worker.

For more than a year working with PWM, some problem needs to address, like access to a better equipment like patrol cars, technological equipments and systems needs to improved.
