      Pros

      Great team to work with, great pay and located very centrally. Nice and constant bonus structure for employees, very different than other companies. Also since it is a utility company, it won't go away any time soon.

      Cons

      Medical benefits are some of the worst I've seen. The CEO is viewed very negatively and employees that have been with the company talk about decline in benefits. Upper management is continually looking to cut costs to the detriment of losing talent.

      The employees that actually and actively do work and come together.

      Cons

      This company promotes bullying and has zero work life balance, they basically have reverted back to the 50s in relation to office first policy! So equated and behind the generations. The CEO Darin Carroll of Pacificorp was on a zoom call saying how he dislikes WFH as he was obviously at home on the call, you just can't make this stuff up, VPs quit and they turn around and get promoted because no one wants to work for a culture of favoritism and bullying!
